Great warm welcome, excellent breakfast, bar and diner, superb location in Otterburn with private grounds (with pond) and homing a badger family was a big bonus. The fact that they work together with the wildlife protection makes it a dream place to stay. Other then that we also loved the wallpaper (birds) in our room.

The Lemonfield Hotel is located on the seafront in Sunderland's Seaburn. Rooms include a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and a private bathroom. Some rooms have a sea view. The waited for us until midnight, we had a problem with the trains because there was a strike and we had to change the time of our check in, and they waited for us.

I will 110% be coming back with my friends and associates as this exceeded my expectations. The staff are very welcoming great customer service provided 10/10 yous smashed it JUNES HOTEL!

Located next to the Stadium of Light, the home of Sunderland Football Club, Hilton Garden Inn is situated 15 minutes' walk from Sunderland city centre and 5 minutes' drive from the sandy beaches of... the breakfast was fantastics and the staff were very polite and welcoming. I also like the fitness center that was well equipped, well light and comfortable. The access to the rooms was also very very good
